Taking lessons with Emily is magical. Not only does she do an amazing job of teaching me the techniques and skills to sing better, but she also makes me laugh a lot. My favorite part about taking lessons with Emily is her different ways of helping me sing better, from lying on the floor to get better projection to standing against the wall with my back flat. I have learned so much from her and it seems like after every lesson I have improved. She is so fun and creative; I absolutely love her as my teacher and friend.

In the few years that I’ve worked with her, she’s taught me so much about my own voice. We love Kristy! She is a very competent vocal teacher, and my kids have seen some pretty awesome improvements in a short time of taking lessons with her. I specifically wanted to find speech level vocal teacher and she’s fantastic. She provides monthly performance opportunities for them to put their lesson and practice work into real life experiences with performing, which is so valuable. My kids are devastated if we can’t make a lesson and it is a highlight of their week. I have heard their tone become more solid and clear, their muscle memory improve through the exercises and practice, their vocal range and abilities increase, confidence in performing, and more.
